Statement by STT Global Data Centres India Private Limited on COVID-19 pandemic

New Delhi, 31 March 2020: The Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), classified as a pandemic by the WHO, has, in a short span of time affected nearly every country in the world including India as a result of which, the government of India, state governments and municipal authorities have issued several advisories, guidelines, circulars, notifications and restrictions to contain the spread of COVID-19 including lockdown measures throughout India which are in force till May 31, 2020.

As a provider of 24x7 mission critical infrastructure services, STT Global Data Centres India Private Limited (STT GDC India), supports the digital ecosystem in the country.

During this contingent period, our primary focus is on Health and Safety of our employees, partners and customer representatives on site as well as continuity of our 24x7 mission critical operations. We have activated our Business Continuity plan and taken all reasonable and adequate measures within our control, to ensure both these aspects while adhering to governments stipulations/ advisories for IT/ITES/Data Centre Industry.

Further, there have been no job losses or pay cuts for any of our employees due to this situation. Our customer engagement teams have been keeping our customers updated on the situation as well as measures taken to ensure continuity of our operations in these tough times.
