STT GDC India Recognized as Colocation Service Provider of the Year 2019 by Frost & Sullivan

Frost & Sullivan Colocation Service Provider of the Year 2019

STT GDC India won the “Colocation Service Provider of the Year” award at the 17th edition of India ICT Awards by Frost & Sullivan on 20th June 2019. For two years in a row, we have been the only colocation service provider to have won this award on account of our relentless focus on enhancing customer experience while building differentiated business strategies.

STT GDC India is committed to providing our customers with the best-in-class data centre infrastructure, designed for maximum efficiency and security. This very commitment enables our customers to meet their IT objectives, while providing new and improved ways of linking, working, and expanding their business reach.

There have been many factors that contributed to our win including our sustainable practices. We’re a technology driven company that is perpetually in the process of innovating our existing and newer facilities, motivated both by internal and external factors. For us, management and effective utilization of key resources like people, skill sets and most importantly, the scarce resources like water and power are key priorities. With plans to offer 200 MW of IT load in the next 3-4 years, for us going-green is not just a buzz-word, it is an inherent responsibility that all of us carry on our shoulders with sincerity.

Frost & Sullivan India ICT Awards’ contenders were judged based on a variety of parameters including revenue, market share, product diversity, vertical and horizontal diversity, major customer acquisitions, the efficacy of innovation processes, product service and positioning among others. An elite panel of jury members comprising of some of the most prominent CIOs/CTOs from the industry evaluated the compiled data and incorporated the end-user perspective.

After receiving several other awards this year, for Infrastructure Design Management and Green DC Initiatives at the Data Centre Summit and Awards 2019 as well as for Data Centre Company of the Year at the Indian Banking Summit and Awards 2019, this accreditation of the highest order is the testimony to the fact that our commitment, service and scalable business models are unparalleled.

Speaking on this distinguished honour, Sumit Mukhija, CEO, STT GDC India, said, “It is an honour to be recognized as the ‘Colocation Service Provider of the Year 2019’ by Frost & Sullivan. This award acknowledges our positive contribution to the industry while fostering innovation and being committed to our customers. We are overwhelmed and privileged to be recognized as the company that provides best-in-class data centres and thus sets the benchmark for India’s data centre industry.”

Thanks to our clientele for lending trust in our services and motivating us to bring constant innovation in the dynamic data centre space.
